What is a scholarship?A scholarship is a financial award granted to a student based on a specific set of requirements or expectations that must be completed in order to apply. While students often think scholarships are only granted to students at the top of the class, there are actually tons of scholarships available in Canada that are available to students with well-rounded experiences outside the classroom as well.
